1. Photos of you without your shirt on. I don't care if everyone on FB told you it was your best photo ever - it makes you look sleezy, oogy and vain (in a bad way). Don't do it.
2. Anything about your ex, their family or pets.
3. Jokes. These gems are likely lost in translation and might put you in an unfavorable light. Save the jokes for a phone call or date.
4. Photos with unidentified (attractive) women. Is she your ex? A friend you're hoping to date? Your sister? I have no idea, so if you post it - tell me who she is.
5. Your ideal partner wish list. I see these long lists of requirements for a lovely she-bot and my first thought is, "that person does NOT exist!" and my second thought is, "that's why he's single." I don't qualify to date you, but you are seriously missing out on someone who is far more interesting and dynamic than that list.
6. Any mention of your need for physical affection. We all know guys are visual and need to be attracted to the woman they are dating. We don't need you to underscore your love of cuddling, making out or caressing. (see #1)
7. Photos with your face obstructed from view. Would you pursue a woman who had all photos of herself in the far distance, with a ski mask on and a self portrait with an eye and forehead in the bottom right corner? Be honest.
8. Photos from 10+ years ago. You say you're 35, but your photos of a 35-year old looking guy also look like the original was taken with 110mm film. Post the date in the photo caption otherwise you just look dishonest.
Ladies - we'll get to you later...
